Regroup Week
This week was a pretty bad one, I decided to drop Math 415, because I couldn't keep up with the work, I missed the deadline for the CS 241 MP, and I was too lazy to participate in the Yahoo HackU Hackathon! All of which, started making me think....what the hell am I doing? I'm spending a lot of money to get an education, to build a life, and I'm just wasting it away (Hulu, we might have to end our relationship :( ). So Friday night got me thinking, after Sam and Karan, two of my friends, took first place at Yahoo HackU (I'm very happy and proud of them), I need to get my life together and in order. Bringing me to Saturday, which has so far been a pretty good day. I woke up early at about 7:30am to go with Habitat for Humanity and landscape one of the homes they built. I wish I grabbed my camera, but I didn't and have no photos to show of my work! But it was a great time, I met new people, gained some invaluable landscaping experience and helped out another person (the home owner). Even though I was shit tired (and still am), I managed to drag myself back to the room, where I watched the Fighting Illini take PSU's Nittany Lions with a win 33-13. And finally wrapped up the whole day, with some room cleaning and laundering (I did 6 loads of laundry!!!!). So which brings me here.

First Blog
So, after years/months/days of thinking about creating a blog, I finally have created one. My original intention was to create a blog from scratch and to somehow get some mullah to host it. However, my laziness clearly won the battle over my ambitiousness and so I have failed at that. Now, however, I've decided it's time to set my life straight, and instead of continually inscribing my life's adventures into a "diary" or trying to remember what happened three weekends back (what did happen?) I will just succumb to Google and use their free easy-to-setup blogging platform.
So with that said and now officially done, welcome to my blog!
Having written his first blog,
Sravan
